God gave arrows to the Indians, bullets to the whites. So when we wanted their land, we won a fair fight. He brought our ships from Africa, loaded full of slaves. He made us rich and prosperous, anointed our trade. We came into Jerusalem and found nobody here. Just Untermenschen, just scenery that’s being duly cleared. We take, we colonise, plunder, rape and kill. We have a Bible quote for each and every grave we fill. This anger was forged in the fires of Gaza, It marched to the wall for the Right of Return, It fought in the first and the last intifada, Stood fast in the houses and schools as they burned. You can’t kill this anger with bullets or slander! Love is the answer to your propaganda. The fire is now in our hearts. We are millions All over the world, we’re all Palestinian!

Amalek 03:40
Just for a moment, Abandon The view from the top You were lucky to land on At birth. For what it’s worth, You need to drop all pretence at morality. Take a look at the score – And what’s more, At this rate of mortality, Can you not really tell? There’s no God on your side. Your place is in Hell. You’re guilty of genocide.

about

I wrote a song called 'Palestine' early on, as a statement of intent. Just to tell everyone where I stood. It was less about Palestine and more about the bigger picture - imperialism and the rest of it.

'Palestine' was a fitting title.

And then...
...two months after I released the original version of the song, the genocide began.

Since then, Gaza has been keeping me awake at night, for obvious reasons. Awkwardly, the song, too, started to haunt me after Oct 7. It was unfinished business that needed doing. It needed to stop being about the bigger picture. I needed 'Palestine' to process Palestine.

So this is where I'm at, some 30,000 lost lives later.

Spaceheads... I give you the song I should never have had to write.

Dedications
As ever, my hat is off to the Electronic Intifada and all truth sayers of the world, as well as to all who protest, particularly the growing ranks of Jewish people standing with the oppressed. I bow to those trying to do something about it, whether by taking the murderers to court or by obstructing their business.

Above all, my heart is with all Gazans, those who have departed and those who are surviving, the parents, the children, the medics, the teachers, the UN workers, ordinary and extraordinary people alike who are all being slaughtered.

about

European Space Agency England, UK

Originally, the Agency was meant for soundscapes focusing less on the world without and more on the person within - but times have changed, as we are painfully aware. Times are changing still, with violence and turbulence that call for a different soundtrack.

A different kind of music.

Keep watching this space, this Space Agency.
